I was born and raised in England where I received my formal education. I became focused on my spiritual journey whilst training to become a certified energy healer in 1990, then began my Reiki studies, completing Mastership in 2003. I have taught Reiki in both the USA and Europe, all levels including Mastership.
It has given me great joy over the years to have helped so many people through the challenges of life.
I have lived in the USA for many years where I am a licensed healing therapist, and a Practitioner of the Metamorphic Technique, which is a simple approach to self healing and personal development.
